The main meeting will start at 7.00pm (except for Under 11 events which commence at 5.30pm).
The meeting will include graded 100m, 400m, 800m and 3000m races plus High Jump,
Long Jump (U11's only), Shot and Discus.
All events are open to all age groups (except U-11s whose own events are listed below) and are subject to UKA rules as indicated*.

The total number of entries for each event will be limited and although
entries will be taken on the night you are strongly advised to enter
online using the form below as these entrants will be given priority.
Note that a premium fee is applied to entries on the night (see above).
No bulk entries will be accepted on the night and these must be made online.
Online entries close at midnight on 14th September.
