For the first time in the London Marathon, since it started in 1981 Roger Low of Highgate Harriers, decided not to run this year. "Not bad!” said Press Secretary Alastair Aitken, who ran the first 19 London races. Now in his 70's, Roger can look back with pride after doing so many 'Londons' consecutively. He certainly deserves a rest from the event! Only six 'Ever Presents' completed the actual course on the day!
