At the Tooting Bec track on the 24th of August, Charlie Haywood ran a personal best mile in 4:21.60 in the BMC Regional event. He was eleventh in the men's 'A' race. In women’s mile race, Rebecca Johnson ran 4:39.47 for a new PB. She finished in second place.
In another meeting on the same day at Watford, 'Under 20' runner Zac Segal ran 53.75 for 400m, but has a personal best of 52.52. Luca Spaccatrosi (U17) ran a personal best for 1500 in 4:23.42.
