Nathan Sayers, who ran his personal best marathon on October 9th with a time of 2:43:51, was out again on November 6th doing the New York Marathon in 2:54:58.
Elsa Shabani, an Under 17, looks like a good prospect for the important field events in the Summer. She did her first hammer competition, and with the 3k implement, hurled it out to 27'6m. That was on 13th November, at the London Heathside Winter Throws Competition at Finsbury Park.
