Remy Weinbrecht, just out of the Under 17 age group, is an under 20 Champion. He impressed by winning the ESSA Regional SE Combined events decathlon, with 5896 points, for his ten events on the 24/25th of June at Lee Valley. It would be hard to choose his best event but to run a 51.4s 400m, amongst his disciplines is very good for an 18 year old and doing a 6'41 long jump too. He even threw the javelin 40'17 and, ran a 1500 at the end of the long programme in 5 min.04. Back on the 10th of June he won the Middlesex County Schools long jump with 6'14
