Under 13 year old, Highgate Harrier Arthur Shaw added to his Personal Best tally for the year with impressive new personal best performances lately.
Coached well this year by Sonia Martinez-Roura, Shaw did 8.73 for the shot and posted a pentathlon score of 1830 points at the Surrey Combined Events competition at Carshalton on 3 September. As a matter of interest, he ran a wind-assisted 13.99 and a 14.36 for 100m at the Lee Valley Sprints Night both on 31 August.
