Southern Athletics League #4

The Southern Athletics League is the regional Seniors track and field league for clubs. The full range of track and field events up to 5000m is included, and held under UKA rules.

Highgate Harriers has a combined team with Mornington Chasers. Each team is allowed two scoring athletes in each event, and in addition at least one non-scoring athlete is allowed per team, depending on capacity.

These fixtures are funded by the club with no charge to participants.
