Running Fitness and Athletics Skills for Ages 8-14

Specifically designed for young athletes, High 5 is a one-hour fitness class at Parliament Hill Athletics Track led by a qualified athletics coach. We combine running with training drills to improve stamina, strength, coordination and agility.

Our training drills are easy to master and you don’t need any prior experience in athletics. Everyone exercises at their own pace with supervision and encouragement.

Sessions are currently on Tuesdays at 5pm and Saturdays at 10am.
