​A Fun, Full-Body Workout for Ages 8-14

Specifically designed for young athletes aged 8-14, High Five is a one-hour fitness class at Parliament Hill Athletics Track led by a qualified athletics coach. We combine training drills used by athletes from five event groups to improve all-round fitness.

Our training drills are easy to master, and you don’t need any prior experience in athletics. Everyone in the class exercises at their own pace with supervision and encouragement.

We are currently booking for Tuesdays at 5pm and Saturdays at 10am.
