Johnny Laybourn, the Club Secretary of Highgate Harriers, was out running well in the Last Friday in the Month 5k road race on the 25th of August. Laybourn finished 3rd out of 165 that ran' recording a time of 16:37. In 8th place was 1st over 45 runner an Ex-Highgate man Andrew Aitken in 17:14, 20th was Highgate's Hanry Heathwick-Lammers in 17:52. Over 45 lady Louise Faherty, a strong cross country runner in the Met League for the club did 20:22 for the course (60th overall).
