Jacob Allen, who won the 1st leg of the Southern and National six stage road relays, ran into second place in the 'High Quality' Great South Run behind international Zak Mohmmed, who ran 46:41 for the 10 miles in Portsmouth road race, on Sunday 15th of October.The Highgate club record stood at 48:14 by Olympian, Highgate runner Keith Culen. who ran 48:14 at Portsmouth in October 2004, as the previous club record. Allen's. time on Sunday over the 10 miles course was 47:13. A great improvement!
