Great to see the track open again and so many happy athletes!
Next Tuesday I will be doing the Christmas chocolate mile at 6.50.Idea 1 Under 11,13,15 and 17 each run 400m after consuming a chocolate. Santa hats please!
Saturday is last day for entry for the Southern Champs U13 Upwards. So far we only have:
- Leoni U17
- Luke U15
- Arjuna U15
- Cerys U13
I need date of birth and EA number.
The following Saturday is the Closing date for the Middlesex Champs; I have 10 entered for this so far.

Included here are details of the Middlesex Cross Country Championships on the 6th January at Horsenden Hill and the South of England Championships on the 27th January at Beckenham Both these events have closing dates SEAA on 22nd December and Middlesex Champs on the 29th December. To enter The Middlesex Champs cost £6 per athlete and the Southern Champs £10 per athlete. The club will pay for entries but only enter if you will compete. You need to supply me your date of birth and England Athletes Number a week before the closing dates. The standard is the next level on from the league races so enter if you have felt comfortable in these think about competing. There are medals at stake for these and in the Middlesex we tend to do very well so please enter if you wish to. For the Southern Champs there is no Under 11 races.
