4. Chairman's Report and Trustees' Annual Report
5. Treasurer's Report and to adopt Annual Accounts
6. Re-election of Griffin Chartered Accountants as Independent Accountant
7. Election of Officers:
   • President
   • Vice President
   • Secretary
   • Treasurer
   • Two Ordinary Committee Members
8. Resolutions must be received by the Secretary no later than seven days prior to the Meeting. Proposals to amend the Constitution or nominations for Election to Office must be received by the Secretary no later than fourteen days prior to the Meeting.

**The Meeting will be followed by the Club's Annual Award Presentations and refreshments.**
