In the ' B' event in the Bannister mile races, at Oxford on the 5th of May, Thomas Chadwick, an Under 20 Junior from Highgate Harriers, ran 4min 13.9 sec, in 5th place out of 11 runners, wiping away his personal best time of 4:39.21 that he did in 2022.
