Highgate Harrier Karima Harris, who has set a World Best at the half marathon for 'W55', was out doing an age European Best time, for an Over 55 year old women, in the Copenhagen Marathon on May 11th with a time of 2:45.4 beating her time of last year which was 2:48.25. In the historic Hillingdon 20 miles road race on the 23rd of March, she ran the very good time of 2:06.09 for the 20 miles.
