The Father & Mother of International junior mountain racer, Highgate's Lauren Russell, both won their Over 60 (60-64) Category in the recent scenic Snowdonia 25k Trail race, over a tough 25k course, last week.
In the UTMB event Sabina Russel, a good club athlete in the Winter months over the country, did 2hrs 40.42 for the course and Andrew Russell went round in 2:24.42.
