Bronwen Reed, representing North London's Highgate Harriers running club, secured a spectacular victory at the national championships to take home the England 800m title. Running a highly tactical and aggressive race, the Highgate Harriers athlete executed a perfect strategy on the track. Coming back from 4th place at the bell, Reed managed to outsprint her competition on the final lap, crossing the finish line with a winning time of 2:08.18.
