On the 19th of August at the Market Axess, 'Record Breakers' meeting, at Tooting Bec several Highgate runners competed. Head of the list in performance-wise was Harvey Weinberger who ran 3:49.42 for 1500 in 7th place, in a high grade race. His best ever for the event was 3:49.19 earlier in the year. Under 16 year old, Arjuna Pflug continued to impress with a 8:33.36 3000 and Pete Chambers back from injury fan a 8:38.3 for 3000. Joshua Markem was 2nd in this race in over 800 in 1:56.41.
Elizabeth Bentham ran 2:7.48 for 3rd in her race.
