Luke Tomlinson. not yet 18, improved his personal best time for 10k of 2023 which was 41.23 to do a remarkable 34.05. The Highgate Harrier did that by coming 2nd in the Petts Wood 10k road race on the 11th of October. Senior Oliver Knowles of Blackheath and Bromley won in 33:05. Tomlison showed 'Great' potential.
Karina Harris showed her ability at 57, running 2:46.36 for the marathon and it was her second best time behind when she ran 2:45.45 in 2025. Karina Harris, was running in the MBNA Chester Marathon, on the 11th of October.
In the Oxford half marathon Sabina Russell, a W60 athlete did a time of 1:31.07 and Henry Ramsay in the same race did 1:14.13.
